See who’s actually around

Everyone is a person standing somewhere on the map, not a green pip in a list. You can tell who’s in the Lounge, who’s heads-down at a desk, and who just walked into the Kitchen — so you stop interrupting the wrong people at the wrong time.

Talk by walking over

Walk up to someone and your voices connect, like sharing a desk. Step away and it fades, like crossing a room. No room codes, no “I’ll send a link”, no meeting that could have been a sentence.

Mic and camera start off until you turn them on. Switch on video or share your screen when it helps — it all happens right there on the floor.
