Dare

Terms of service

The deal, in plain words.

Last updated 23 August 2026. These terms apply to anyone who uses Dare at dare.muchiround.com, whether you pay for an office or were invited into one.

1. What Dare is

Dare is a hosted virtual office for teams and friend groups. Each office is a separate, isolated space with a walkable map, walk-up voice and video, huddles, text chat with file sharing, and AI assistants. Dare is operated by Kudapara Pty Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (kudapara.com) (“we”, “us”).

2. Accounts

You need an account to use Dare. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and you must give us an email address you can actually receive mail at so we can reach you about your account.

3. Offices, owners, and invitees

The person who creates an office is its owner. The owner controls the office: its name, who is invited, whether members can invite others, the AI assistants’ instructions, and the subscription. Owners can remove people from their office at any time.

People who join through an invite link are members or guests. They don’t pay. They use the office under the owner’s subscription and at the owner’s discretion.

4. Payment

5. Your content

Everything you post in Dare — messages, files, images, your avatar — stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, show it to the people in your office, and transmit it, which is the whole point of the product. We don’t sell your content or use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you post. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t use Dare to harass people, distribute malware, break the law, or attack the service or other people’s offices.

6. AI assistants

Each office includes AI assistants (currently “Claude” and “Hermes”) that reply in chat rooms they are members of. To produce a reply, recent messages from that room are sent to a third-party model provider (see the privacy policy). AI replies can be wrong. Don’t rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions, and check anything important yourself.

7. Voice, video, and screen sharing

Calls between people on the floor are peer-to-peer. We do not record or store audio or video. Other people in the call can, of course, see and hear what you share, so treat a huddle like a real room.

8. Availability

Dare is a small, actively developed product. We aim to keep it running well but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or remove features. If we ever shut Dare down, we will give paying owners at least 30 days’ notice and stop charging them.

9. Ending things

You can stop using Dare at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. If we close a paid office for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

10. Liability

Dare is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell paying owners by email before the change takes effect.
